LTX Scaler is an AI platform that automates video post-production processes, allowing marketing teams to adapt existing content for wide distribution. The system meets the demand for creating large volumes of visual assets for various markets - through tools such as auto aspect ratio adjustments, visually synced speech translation, and smart script editing without reshoots - it dlivers a unified, fast and efficient solution that reduces production costs by up to 90%. Six months after launch, the system shows growth to five-figure new monthly users, alongside exponential growth in conversion rates and revenues.
As the founding designer for this project - working closely with design lead, research, data, product, engineering and marketing teams - I built the app from the ground up, zero to one.

This project focuses on a central challenge facing marketing teams, social media managers, post-production staff etc., within organizations.
The demand for video content is driven by the growing joining of social channels and e-commerce - Social Commerce - which requires brands to produce 5x more visual assets than two years ago. This need arises because every customer touchpoint now requires authentic and adapted content, making large scale creation a daily challenge.
Current workflows fail to support this new and massive requirement, as most teams struggle to meet the necessary high rate.
"We produce 1-2 webinars a week, usually 30-45 minutes long, and need to translate them into languages like Spanish, French, Chinese, and German. Our current process is entirely manual, handled by a team of only 4 people."
